children on bodyboards were struggling to return to shore due to strong
offshore winds and the current near the point. Rhys Breckon paddled out to them
using a rescue board and assisted them back to a depth where they could stand
up. Rhys was backed up by Gareth. Rhys managed to get them back to a standing
depth by getting them to hold the handles on his rescue board.
